Greenhouse Blooms

I'm playing a whole lot of catch-up over the next 2 days. It's been a busy time for me with work & today I'm unfortunately crashing.

I hope to get out to talk with my plants, but need to do a bit of computer work first.

Last week, the calendula that self-seeded in the greenhouse opened its first flower. I've noticed a few other calendula around - mostly the ones that overwintered, are also starting to bloom. The plants aren't a full & bushy as the self-seeded one, but it's still nice to have early flowers. Hope to be able to add some petals to some fresh green salads in the next few weeks.
